Follow Up Consultations
After your pet's initial intake and treatment, you may have additional
questions and need a follow up consultation.
Step One
Fill out the Online Follow Up Form
with as much detailed information as possible.
Step Two
Submit the appropriate Follow Consultation Fee via PayPal.
Once we receive your Online Follow Up Form and PayPal approved payment,
we will contact you by phone to set up your follow up consultation appointment.
