How We Work

Initial Intake

We will talk with you via the phone, asking detailed questions about the physical as well as the emotional changes in your animal’s health. We want to know when the problem started, how it started, what makes it better or worse, and how limited your animal is. The initial intake may take from one to two hours depending on the problem(s) your animal may have.

Payment

PayPal is provided as a secure, easy way for you to submit your payment. Through PayPal, we accept electronic funds transfer from your checking account as well as all major credit cards. Once your payment is processed, we will contact you to set up your treatment consultation. Please see our treatment rates.

Research & Prescription

After the initial intake, we will conduct our research, analyzing all the information you have provided and come up with the best homeopathic remedy, herbal medicine or essence for your animal. We will then contact you again and provide you with a prescription that you can take to any reputable homeopathic or herbal pharmacy. A list of possible online pharmacies is provided on our site.
